Week 77  This week we receive the bridge wings.

The bits we received

And what we did with them

This week was pretty much a case of following the instructions.  This is the base of the first bridge wing.

Then on go the hand rails.  The curved section was made by first rolling the brass to put a gentle curve in it.  This was done with a drill shank on a piece of rubber as usual.  Then I used a small pair of smooth jawed pliers to tweak the curve into the exact shape.

Finally here are the completed bridge wings

The two small brackets have been left on the fret to save them getting lost.  Don't throw the fret away by mistake though !
