Week 64  This week we get more of the aft signal station and some hand rails

The bits we received

And what we did with them

The signal station is finished this week.  The following three photos show the sequence of assembly.  It's all straight forward and needs no further explanation.

The platform below was given a coat of sanding sealer to fill the grain, and then the hand rails were glued on using super glue.  First the aft one.

The two end rails went on next.  These were rolled using my usual method of rolling them on a softish surface with the shank of a drill bit.

Then the forward rail was glued in place.

Finally the small bracket was fixed.

The instructions say to glue this on now, but I'm going to leave it until later.  Mainly so that it doesn't get damaged in handling, but also because I'm not sure if it will get in the way of gluing anything else, like the deck !!
